how to get started

If you would like to learn more about services, or to schedule an appointment, please fill out the form here or call (310) 210.1155.

Some clients come in to deal with one particular issue or symptom. Others are wanting to do more long-term work. Once we identify your goals, we'll have a better picture and develop a treatment plan together.

How many sessions will i need?

you might be wondering...

I would be happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement for therapy services after payment. It's as simple as checking with your insurance company regarding coverage, and any specific requirements they might have. Let me know if I can help you to be prepared with the best questions to ask.

can i use my insurance?

other questions?

Give me a buzz and I am happy to answer them!

treatment online

When even making it outside of the house can be a chore, it's easy for appointments to fall to the wayside. This is where online treatment shines! You don't have to stress about making it in time while you fight your way to the office against traffic. You can reclaim your scheduling freedom, and can even choose the most comfortable environment (and attire!) for you. To keep your life as easy as it can be, I offer treatment online. I currently see clients around the US and across the globe, from South Africa to Santa Monica.

keeping things simple

online treatment can be helpful if...

  • making it out of the house (with kids or otherwise) is hard enough as it is
  • traffic... enough said
  • your schedule doesn't leave much room for self-care
  • you live somewhere where you don't have access to top notch providers
  • between soccer practice, swim meets, and mealtimes you need every second you can get
  • you just don't want to add driving to one more place to your day
  • you feel most comfortable with your emotional support blanket (or water bottle...)
  • childcare is yet another thing you'd prefer not to have to sort out
